Identifying your customers is key as it will enable you to know exactly how you’re going to work with them.

Blueprint: A detailed plan or a design which thoroughly illustrates how something is expected to function.

All businesses have a process which consists of 3 key phases.

Client Engagement Phase: Plan who your prospective clients are ad persuade them to buy your products or service.

Development Phase: Develop products or services for your customers.

Delivery Phase: The amount of time it takes for your customers to receive your product or service.
